Each lesson is available in three formats: video, text, and audio. You can watch the course at home, read through a lesson at your desk, or listen while you’re on the move.

Each lesson is followed by two short questions to help check your understanding. Once you’ve completed all eight lessons, there’s a 10-question final test covering the course.
