Tal Cohen
Tal has spent his career at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational execution. As the former CEO of Kraken US, he led one of the most well-known cryptocurrency exchanges through a period of expansion and regulatory navigation. Earlier, at McKinsey & Company, he developed the analytical and business frameworks that continue to shape his strategic approach. His time at Google deepened his understanding of digital ecosystems, data, and scale.
Tal has been active in the blockchain space since 2016 — long before the industry reached today’s level of maturity. He’s advised dozens of companies across Web3, FinTech, and emerging technologies. At his core, Tal is focused on building scalable systems, identifying bottlenecks, and aligning teams around real, sustainable growth.
