Our first-ever bounty epoch wraps up on May 27! It was a huge milestone for the GoMining community, with a 1,000,000 token prize pool, plus over 17,425 participants completing tasks, climbing the leaderboard and earning GOMINING tokens

🌟 All About Bounty Epoch 2 

Start date: May 27, 2025 (Cycle 93) 

End date: At the close of Tokenomics Epoch 5

Epoch leaderboard reward pool: 300,000 GOMINING tokens, funded entirely by GoMining. The top bounty points earners will get a share of this exclusive pool, based on how many points they’ve raked in. It’s separate from the rewards given out on the weekly leaderboard.

Weekly leaderboard reward pool: decided by veTokenomics votes.

Structure & Mechanics

1. Two leaderboards remain in place:
   • Weekly: Top performers every 7 days
   • Epoch: Cumulative points over the full ~25-week period
2. Cycles 93 & 94 (May 27 – June 10) will have a fixed reward pool of 10,000 GOMINING. After these two weeks, the prize pool for the weekly leaderboard will be entirely decided by voting, through veTokenomics.
3. From Cycle 95 onward (starting June 10)
   • Community-decided weekly pool: You, the veGOMINING holders, vote on how many tokens from the remaining pool should be released each week.
   • Voting window: Opens at the start of every cycle; closes when the cycle ends.
4. Epoch leaderboard pool: Your share of the 300k tokens, pro-rated by total points earned over all ~25 weeks.

• Eligibility: Any user holding locked GOMINING and thus holding veGOMINING.
• Voting interface: Accessible from the GoMining app on mobile, or via desktop. Just head to https://app.gomining.com/ve-voting.

1. Lock tokens to obtain veGOMINING and earn voting rights.
2. Complete high-value tasks early in the cycle to secure leaderboard points.
3. Vote: Your vote not only shapes each week’s prize pool but also lets you influence where minted tokens are distributed.

• May 27: Epoch 1 closes; Epoch 2 (Cycle 93) begins with 10k tokens.
• June 3: Cycle 94 begins—another 10k tokens.
• June 10: Cycle 95 kicks off; voting mechanism goes live.
• Tokenomics Epoch 5 Ends: Final leaderboard tallies and epoch rewards distributed.
